Before you make a donation, make sure that FMRTE is working for you. Beacuse if for some reason FMRTE cannot load your data, persons or something like that, activating it won't solve your problem

Q: The game was updated and now FMRTE does not work, what should I do?
A: You should wait for a new version of FMRTE compatible with your game version, but please be aware, that there is no GUARANTEE that FMRTE will be able to support future game patches!

Q: If you can't GUARANTEE that FMRTE will work with future game patches, is there anything I can do?
A: If you want to keep using FMRTE, you should play the game with STEAM in offline mode, or you can, make a full backup of your game folder, so you can restore it later

Q: How can I get a license?
A: In order to get your own license, you have to do a donation of at least 1 euro. You can donate here.

Q: Why do I have to donate to unlock some features when they have been availabe for free all those years?
A: FMRTE was free for more then 3years, and it has hundreds 'of my free hours on it'. This decision was tough, but its fair to all those users that helped us all this years, and otherwise I would need to stop develop this project.

Q: How much do I have to donate to receive a license?
A: There is no specific value, donate whatever you think its fair, but, you have to donate at least 1 euro, because paypal get's part of it, and if I don't specific a minimum value, some donations will be directly for paypal and not to this project. Users that have donated before 22 Dec 2011 can request a license no matter how much they have donated.

Q: I just donated to FMRTE, where is my license?
A: Wait a few minutes, and check your email (check your email spam filter). If you didn't receive an email, try to get your license here
NOTE: If you donated with eCheck, then it takes longer for you to get your license key. eChecks are one type of bank payment and usually take 4-6 business days to process. Our system will generate and send your license key to your email as soon as PayPal confirms your donation.

Q: Can I use my license key in my 2 computers that I own?
A: Yes, you can use the same license key to activate FMRTE in two or three different computers that you own. Please note that if we detect that your keep has been shared, we'll add it to our blacklist.

Q: I have donated to this project in the past, do I have to donate again?
A: No, you helped us in the past, so you have the right to request a license for FMRTE. To claim your license, you just need to follow those 3 steps:

• 1- Search in your email or paypal account, for the donation, then get the transaction ID (Confirmation Number) associated with the donation
• 2- Go to 'Recover License', then introduce your email address and your transaction ID (Confirmation Number).
• 3- If your license key is not yet generated, you have to send an email to support@fmrte.com with your transaction ID (Confirmation Number).

Q: I want to activate FMRTE in a computer without internet connection, is this possible?
A: Yes, you can activate your copy of FMRTE manually. During this process you will need a computer with access to internet so you can get your license file.
To activate FMRTE offline you should:

1. Make sure you have FMRTE v5.2.4 (or above) or iFMRTE (Mac) v1.0 (or above)
2. In FMRTE select 'I want to request a license file'
3. Follow the wizard, introduce your License key
4. In the last screen a textbox with some weird text will appear, press the Copy to clipboard button
5. Click here and paste in that form the weird text that you have copied from FM
6. Press the Get License File button, and your download will start
7. When you have your license.bin file, go to FMRTE activate it, and select 'I have a license file I want to install'
8. Tell FMRTE the location of the file, and follow the wizard, it will work.
